Oasis Company Realtors, LLC opened for business in June 2005. Partners Julio Rivera and Lori Markle have more than 25 years combined experience in many facets of the real estate industry including property management, corporate relocation, military relocation, construction, and new home sales. In 2006, they began to focus on REO and distressed properties and property preservation. This has led to extensive knowledge and experience handling lender-owned assets. In 2009, the focus expanded to include servicing the needs of customers and lenders in the short sale arena. Over the past several years there have been many changes in the handling of assets and tenants, as well as working with asset managers and their teams. It is the job of the real estate professional to stay current and help lenders mitigate losses on distressed properties.
In addition to their real estate business, Julio and Lori have extensive leadership skills.
They have served on various committees at the San Antonio Board of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. They are both graduates of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program.
In March 2003, they founded the San Antonio Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. The focus for NAHREP-SA continues to be community outreach and education, ethical practices in sales and lending, and education for real estate professionals serving the Hispanic community.
